It also doesn't take an hour to make your pancakes as we've measured everything for you. With 3 weeks worth of pancakes enjoy as much as you want! The Pancake Mix has a shelf life between 3 to 4 weeks as well.
We have also used this mix to make wraps, pizza waffles, chicken and waffles. Its really up to you if you want it savoury or sweet!
All you require is almond milk/water and eggs/flaxseed eggs. and syrup/sweetener, we haven't overly sweetened it as people's tastes vary.

I have gestational diabetes and was struggling to find sweet breakfasts that I could tolerate. These are excellent served with Greek yoghurt, sugar free syrup and Berries. Super easy to make and well worth the effort for that sweet kick without spiking sugars.
