Yes, they are. All our products have no added sugar. We also don’t use Malitol. While we have many diabetic customers, we would advise each person to check the nutritional information available under each item and make sure that it fits within your chosen way of eating.

The sweeteners we use currently are Erythritol, Stevia and Inulin. We don’t use Monkfruit because it’s not allowed commercially in the UK yet. We also don’t bake Stevia since it’s not allowed commercially.

We provide four days of ambient shelf life for the cakes on every order, but more often, you will get at least 1-2 weeks of ambient shelf life on your cakes that will last even longer in the fridge. They can also be frozen with no adverse effect on the quality and tasting experience of the cakes. Just warm them up in the microwave after taking them out of the freezer for at least a minute. 

Some of our products are gluten-free and others aren’t. The best way to tell is by reading the product description.

When you compare our ingredients to the artificial additives and wheat-based products that regular supermarket cakes and treats are made from, it becomes clear. Sugar and wheat are the cheapest cake ingredients out there and that is why it's been added to everything out there. We remain committed to making delicious snacks and while almond flour and erythritol are more expensive than traditional options out there; we believe that the benefits that come with great quality, healthy snacks are worth it!

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds. See more details on our refund policy page here. In comparison, to several of our competitors (small keto bakeries) we provide a minimum of 5 days of fridge time on every order. But more often you will get at least 1 week from your cakes in the fridge and they can be frozen with no adverse effect on the quality and tasting experience on the cakes.
