Our Birthday Cakes have a 4 day shelf life if refrigerated upon receipt. They can be frozen for up to 1 month. We include details on this on your cake care card.

The vanilla cake was amazing. Packaging was good and kept the cake well reserved . Cake tasted gorgeous I would highly recommend!
I purchased this keto friendly cake as a birthday cake and, unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the overall experience.
When the cake arrived, it was partially melted. The ice packs had not remained effective throughout transit, which suggests the packaging and temperature control during delivery could be improved. Many companies specialising in keto and diabetic friendly products invest heavily in insulated packaging to ensure their cakes arrive in good condition, and I feel this is an area that needs attention.
The cake itself was also disappointing. The texture was unusual, almost as though the ingredients had not been fully blended together, resulting in an inconsistent taste and mouthfeel. More concerning was that the flavour seemed slightly off. I have purchased diabetic friendly and low sugar cakes from other companies before and, while they naturally taste different from traditional cakes, they have never tasted unpleasant or unusual in the way this one did.
Considering the premium price of the cake, I expected a much higher standard of quality, presentation and delivery. For the amount charged, I would have expected the cake to arrive in excellent condition and provide an enjoyable experience, particularly as it was purchased for a special occasion.
Sadly, this was not the birthday treat I had hoped for. Based on the condition it arrived in, the taste, texture and overall value for money.
Was notified at 6pm the night before arrival of the cake that the birthday message topper was not going to be put on the cake as the supplier hadn’t sent it?! I was refunded a mere £5 for the cost of the topper. If I’d have known this I would have cancelled the entire order and placed it elsewhere. Ruined the cake as it didn’t look like a birthday cake at all. As for the cake for £85.00 with delivery was nothing short of disgusting for a cake that didn’t have any resemblance of a birthday cake. Never again, terrible service
