- We provide four days of ambient shelf life for the cakes on every order, but more often, you will get at least 1-2 weeks of ambient shelf life on your cakes that will last even longer in the fridge. They can also be frozen with no adverse effect on the quality and tasting experience of the cakes. Just warm them up in the microwave from the freezer for at least one minute. Our cakes stay fresh out of the fridge for up to a week as well.
