- Like most businesses, No Guilt Bakes uses courier services to get our delicious cakes from our kitchen to your table. To ensure our cakes arrive in good order, we use polystyrene packaging that prevents the cakes from moving around. The use of couriers means we can’t avoid delays because issues happen every so often. To minimise the occurrence, we’re putting in a few control points:
To make sure your cakes arrive before you need them and to mitigate any delays in delivery which are out of our control, we suggest:
- You order the cake for a Thursday delivery if you need it by the weekend.
- If you need the cake on any other day of the week, give at least 1 business day in between your chosen delivery date and when you need it.
