Pumpkin Keto Cake Loaf | No Added Sugar | 1.4 Net Carbs | Low Carb | Limited Edition

We aren't here to debate how important the pumpkin is to autumn. We already agree that pumpkin is at least one of the top autumnal flavours. It brings together the smell of cinnamon and nutmeg, it's in the room scents, the coffee shops and of course the supermarkets. So how could we not include it at No Guilt Bakes?

A delicious keto pumpkin loaf, this will give you all the flavours that are associated with the deliciousness of pumpkin. We added a little protein powder to our loaves to enhance the loaf structure and ensure that while it still stays cakey in texture, it still has the joy of a soft loaf style cake. It's less than 2 net carbs a slice and so moreish that you will probably have 2 with your morning cuppa!

Because it's low carb and low sugar we also classify this cake just like every other product we sell: diabetic friendly and deliberately designed not to spike blood sugars when enjoyed.

Sweetness level: We give it a 2/3 on our sweetness scale. It's not as sweet as our iced cakes because our icing is pure sweetness but it's sweet enough to serve as a sweet treat.

Serving Suggestions
The perfect accompaniment to this deliciousness is cream cheese icing so we would recommend making this. ( if you'd like us to make a version with the icing let us know. It's certainly something we can do if there is a demand). We also love it slathered with some salted butter! It's been ready for a couple of weeks but we keep eating it before we can take the pictures. We will blame its lovely flavour!
Storage Information
Shelf life: typically 1 - 2 weeks ambient shelf life.

Please keep refrigerated in an airtight container and consume it within 4 days once it's been opened.
