So the weather has turned wet and cool, perfect for a warm silky mug of hot chocolate. That’s exactly what I had.
The instructions say use nut milk, but I used hot water and added some cream. A real treat, good chocolate taste, smooth and creamy, just what I needed to chase away the blues until the sun comes back.but what will be my excuse then?
It was a bit tasteless didn’t mix with the liquid very well and was just sort of okay really. Expensive for what it was as well
Love it. Would recommend for anyone struggling to get a sugar free cake. I had a special request to get it delivered from London to Cotswold, even to a restaurant. It was delivered in armorered box, secured! :-)

My cake arrived as scheduled, in perfect condition, and was/is the best birthday cake I've ever had! The tartness of the raspberry filling perfectly balanced the sugary buttercream and every mouthful was simply divine! I'm still in ketosis and this is by far the best guilt free sweet indulgence! The cake freezes well and I'm down to the last two slices a week on (sigh!!). I had my cake and ate it and am definitely coming back for more!

I ordered the vanilla cake with caramel filling, for my 50th Birthday & was so excited to have a cake that was low carb/keto. It arrived on time, very well packaged & tasted lovely! (Exactly what I wanted) Also very filling, so my guests didn't need much to feel satisfied, plus more left for me to eat evey night, after my birthday until its gone! 😋😄
