Ingredients:
- 170 g dark chocolate chips, melted
- 80 g creamy coconut milk
- 80 g creamy peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp powdered erythritol
- 1/4 Tsp salt
- 1/2 Tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Cover the insides of a mini silicone muffin cups with melted chocolate. Place in the fridge to set, then do the same to make the chocolate cups ticker.
- In a small bowl add the coconut milk, peanut butter, erythritol, salt and vanilla. Stir well.
- Pipe the filling in the cups and cover with chocolate. Allow to set in the fridge, then remove from the silicone moulds. Store in the refrigerator.
