Ingredients:
- 1 Package Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 4 Eggs
- 100 ml milk
- 1 Tsp vanilla extract
- 60 g Milk Chocolate Chips
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180 C. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat eggs, milk and vanilla until well combined.
- Add the whole package of Pancake & Waffle Mix and stir until well combined. Fold in the Milk Chocolate Chips.
- Shape the dough into cookies and bake for 15 mins, until golden.
- Allow to cool on a wire rack.
