Ingredients:
- 1 Package Chocolate Brownie Mix
- 120 g butter
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 100 g milk chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Line a brownie pan with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 160 C.
- In a medium bowl add the Chocolate Brownie mix. Set aside
- In a separate bowl, beat eggs. Add melted butter and beat again.
- Pour the liquid mixture over the dry mix and stir until well combined. Fold in the Milk Chocolate Chips.
- Transfer the mixture to the lined brownie pan. Bake for 18-20 minutes. The middle will be moist but the edges will be firmer.
