Easy: We've tried to make these as easy as possible while not sacrificing taste. all you need is an egg, butter/coconut oil and milk/nut milk. ~( you don't even need an egg for the caramel mug cake)
We are keeping it low carb on this one: it's 4 Net Carbs per serving for Chocolate and 3 Net Carbs for the other flavours and trust us it's so filling you won't have any complaints.

I was recently diagnosed with diabetes and struggled as someone with a massive sweet tooth what to do for treats. Cue finding out about this and buying the mug cakes and pairing them with a bit of single cream is GORGEOUS. It’s not as perfect as the sugary product but for a none sugar bake it feels perfect as a substitute and has helped brilliantly in adjusting to a no/little sugar lifestyle that I’ve had to start switching to

I tried these for the first time today and was surprised by the big portion and how filling the mug cake is. I think I slightly overlooked this one but I know for next time now. The flavour was lovely.
