Ingredients:
2 x No guilt bakes Cinnamon Swirl cake bites
½ cup cream cheese
Juice of half a lemon
2 tablespoons allulose or chosen sweetener
½ cup sugar-free white chocolate chips
1t cinnamon
Method:
- Slice the cinnamon swirl cake bites in half lengthways like a hamburger bun.
- Add cream cheese, sweetener and lemon juice to a small bowl and whisk until thick and creamy.
- Layer the filling over two of the cake halves, and press the other two on top making a sandwich.
- Melt chocolate chips and cinnamon together and drizzle over the top.
